Clinical Operations Coordinator Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Providing expert support to customers via phone, email, and online, resolving queries promptly to maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinating with testing laboratories to ensure smooth sample processing and accurate, timely results, maintaining high service standards.
  • Managing customer accounts, updating information accurately, and maintaining detailed records to support exceptional service delivery.
  • Assisting with order processing, tracking, and logistics to ensure clients receive their results promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining data accuracy to uphold trust and integrity.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and collaborating with internal teams to implement solutions.

Clinical Operations Coordinator Rewards

  • Salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000, with an annual target bonus of 5% (pro-rated in the first year), rewarding your contributions.

Clinical Operations Coordinator Experience Essentials

  • Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service within a clinical, healthcare, or laboratory setting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to empathise and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and enquiries via multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with order management systems is advantageous.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to work independently under pressure.

Location

This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days on site per week, with accessible transport links. During the probation period, daily presence in the office may be required. Free onsite parking is available.
