Temporary EA Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Diary leadership for senior leaders: keep schedules aligned to strategic priorities and reduce conflicts.
- Time and calendar coordination: organise meetings, travel and key engagements to support delivery timelines.
- Cross-functional coordination: work with internal stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain momentum on initiatives.
- Stakeholder communication support: ensure senior leaders are prepared and that messages land clearly and accurately.
- Action tracking and documentation: monitor tasks, follow-ups and decisions to support timely execution.
- Judgment and problem-solving: anticipate needs, manage ambiguity, and address issues quickly and professionally.

Temporary EA Experience Essentials
- Extensive experience in an executive assistant or comparable support role supporting senior leaders or teams
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to use sound judgment in fast-moving environments
- Confidence working with complex diaries and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Location
This is a full office based role. There is parking on site.
