Temporary Fundraising Administrator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Support event delivery by making reminder phone calls to attendees and stakeholders
- Assist with creating and distributing post-event surveys
- Provide general administrative support to keep fundraising processes on track and help the team meet key deadlines
- Carry out prospect research using database tools
- Undertake due diligence checks to gather application processes and deadlines
- Clean and maintain mailing lists
- Prepare and personalise reports and supporter communications

Temporary Fundraising Administrator Experience Essentials
- Strong administrative and organisational skills gained in a broad clerical role
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with data handling
- Confident communicator in written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience in a charity or fundraising environment
- Familiarity with CRM or fundraising databases
- Experience supporting events or supporter communications
- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check if offered the assignment
